Inspired by My Mother, Driven by My Dream
My story begins in a small kitchen filled with the aroma of passion and perseverance. My mother spent over 40 years in the hospitality industry, and watching her work with dignity, discipline, and heart shaped my earliest understanding of what this profession truly means. I learned more from observing her than any classroom could ever teach me. She is the reason I chose this path — and the reason I stay committed to it every single day. Growing up, I saw the real side of hospitality: long hours, pressure, teamwork, and the joy of creating something meaningful. Those memories became the foundation of my dream. To begin my journey, I pursued my Culinary Course in Mumbai from one of the city’s renowned institutes, followed by my Hotel Management in Pune from a respected hospitality institution. These two stages strengthened my fundamentals, shaped my discipline, and prepared me for the industry ahead. My path was not simple. I faced struggles, doubts, and moments that tested me deeply — stories I will be sharing soon through my blogs. But every challenge guided me forward. My breakthrough came when I landed a position in a 5-star hotel in Mumbai, and surprisingly, at a level higher than what I ever expected at that stage. That opportunity changed everything for me. With a hunger to grow, I moved to London to pursue my MBA in Hospitality Management. Alongside my studies, I worked with a Michelin-star restaurant group, where precision, excellence, and humility were non-negotiable. Those kitchens refined my craft and transformed my mindset. Returning to India, I joined an international brand as a Sous Chef, and within six years of graduating, I became an Executive Chef. Just five years later, I was promoted to Corporate Chef. My last role was serving as the Corporate Chef for an iconic Indian food brand, where I developed concepts, built brands, and contributed to bringing several international brands into India. My journey has taken me across the world — Dubai, Riyadh, London, Taipei, Bangkok, Pattaya, Milan, and Reggio Emilia — each city influencing my culinary perspective and expanding my understanding of global cuisine. Today, I have stepped into a new chapter. I run my own Chef Consultancy, helping restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, and entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life. On this website, you’ll find not just food — but stories, experiences, emotions, and lessons collected over years of hard work. This isn’t just my profession. This is my purpose.
